Capt. Jonathan Carter


Jonathan is a lifetime Virginia native, growing up just a few blocks from the marinas that line Rudee Inlet.
At just 12 years old, Jonathan started working on the local headboats as a mate.  After spending several years working on the headboats,
Jonathan started decking on one of the local offshore charter boats.

After his high school graduation, Jonathan started sailing on coastwise tugboats and eventually earned his 1600 ton master license from the U.S. Coast Guard.  Jonathan has a long history of headboat, charter, and commercial fishing locally, and brings decades of experience on board.
  Whether it's sea bass, tautogs, cobia, stripers, flounder, croakers, tuna, drum, or spot, you can be sure Jonathan is prepared to do what it takes to optimize your chances of catching your limit and filling your cooler.    

Safety is Jonathan's number one priority when your group is on board,
you can rest assured nothing will be overlooked with 20 years of professional fishing and boating experience you can expect nothing but a first class trip when you join him for a day on the water

Capt. Joseph Kennedy


Capt. Joe is a Virginia native, born and raised just two blocks off the shoreline of the Chesapeake Bay.
Joe grew up on boats, fishing with his father whenever he had the chance and started working on the water when he was 15.
He hasn't looked back since. 

Joe got his start in the fishing industry working on the deck of head boats helping out thousands of customers a year.
  After several years on deck, Joe received his 100 ton masters license from the U.S. Coast Guard, and in 2009 started sailing as Captain on one of the biggest headboats in the Chesapeake Bay. 

Capt. Joe joined the Fire Department in 2005, and is a highly trained medic.
  He also works as a member of Norfolk Fire's water rescue team
.  Ensuring your family's safety and well being is second nature to Joe and with his decades of boating, fishing, and medic/rescue experience, you are sure to feel safe and comfortable with Capt. Joe at the helm.
